We offer several personalized packages based on the residents living arrangements and level of care needed. Once we do a tour and sit down and talk we can build a price structure based on the residents specific needs.
At Park Place for the daytime shift there is 1 caregiver for every 4 residents. The PM shift has 1 caregiver per 6 residents. At Rose Garden there is 1 caregiver for every 3 residents.
Visiting hours are everyday from 10am-6pm
After the initial tour we then talk about the residents and families needs vs wants. We then do a resident assessment and request a physician report or 602. A second tour is then scheduled with the family to go over the physician report and to get the facility packet to go over.
If a room and package is chosen a $1500.00 deposit is required to hold it. Once the paperwork is finished the facility administrator goes over all the documents and checks for signatures.
Once everything is signed and a deposit is taken we get copies of all insurances, photo ID and POA documents and a move-in date is scheduled. Move in’s are never on weekends in case we need medication refills or to speak to the Doctor.
